How HouseMate collects, uses and protects personal information, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
What we collect
Your name, phone, email, service address and booking history. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by HouseMate.
How we use it
To schedule and deliver services, send booking updates, issue invoices and, with your consent, send occasional offers.
Reviews
If you leave feedback, only your rating, comments, first name initial and service may be shown publicly, and only after moderation.
Your choices
You can update your profile and saved addresses at any time, and request deletion of your account from My account › Profile. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days; booking and invoice records are kept for the period required by UAE law.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are protected cookies, and payment credentials are encrypted. Card numbers are entered only on the payment provider's secure page.
